Linear and Profile Sanding Series Pioneering New Trends in Eco-Friendly Processing

With the advancement of the "double carbon" goal and the continuous tightening of environmental policies, the green transformation of the manufacturing industry has become an inevitable trend. The Profiled Sander Series uses energy recovery technology to convert the kinetic energy of the equipment during deceleration into electrical energy and feed it back to the power grid, further improving energy utilization efficiency. At the same time, both series of equipment are equipped with MES intelligent manufacturing execution system, which can realize comprehensive information management of equipment operation status, processing parameters and quality data, support remote monitoring and predictive maintenance, reduce equipment downtime and improve overall production efficiency.
Practical application data shows that after introducing two series of sanding equipment, a furniture enterprise not only met the dust emission standards, but also saved more than 1 million yuan in labor costs annually, and the material loss rate dropped from 5% of the traditional process to less than 1%, achieving a win-win situation of environmental and economic benefits.
