The Profiled Sander Series accurately overcomes the difficulties of complex curved surface processing. It adopts a flexible sanding component and an adjustable sanding head structure, which can closely fit irregular contours such as arcs and grooves, avoiding the common problems of missing sanding and over-sanding in traditional equipment. By integrating 3D scanning and CNC system, the series can automatically generate sanding paths, realize unmanned processing of special-shaped workpieces, and stabilize the processing accuracy within ±0.03mm. In application tests in fields such as furniture manufacturing and auto parts, the one-time processing completion rate of complex workpieces exceeds 90%, and the production efficiency is more than 5 times higher than that of manual sanding.
