- Description
-
(In order to cope with different products and sizes and facilitate production, transportation and operation, this line is designed as a split-type segmented structure. It will reduce the ificulty of production, transportation and operation to a greater extent, and it will be easier to upgrade later)
- >1#machine is sanded with upper and lower thickness (two upper and lower fixed thickness rollers, the first steel roller and the second 35-degree rubber roller, which are used for sanding the size withoutfour-sided planing, sanding with 120 meshes and 180meshes, an thefixed thickness size can reach 1-2mm);
- >2#machine is left andright constant-thickness sanding(two rubberwheels on the left and right,with hardness of 70 and 60, used for constant-thickness sanding when sawing tooth marks with multiple saws on the side, and sanding with 120 meshes and 180 meshes, with a constant-thickness size of 1-2mm);
- >machine 3#is a four-sided chamfering machine(four sides chamfer R1-R5 angles, with tracking function, and can be copied to track chamfering with the change of plate, so that the rounded corners after machining are consistent);
- >machine 4#is a four-sided polishing machine(polished with fine sand up and down, left and right,equipped with 240-mesh sandpaper with series vibration function, and burr polished with four R angles on all sides to ensure smooth and consistent surface);
- >The conveyor belt is used in the middle of the above hosts to prevent material jamming. Modular connection is more convenient for production,transportation, operation and maintenance. Al equipment adopts full-automatic servo control and adjustment function. According to different specifications and sizes of plates,only the size needs to be set on the touch screen, and the whole line equipment will automatically adjust the machine,with one-button start operation
